We were referred to Chris by our house agent. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional when inspection the house. There was more detail things that push us back an extra hour and he didn’t charge us extra. We got the detail report back by next day to our email and using that we got a discount on the house we wanted to purchase. We will be referring Chris to our family and friends if anyone need an inspector. Thank you Chris
