Chris did the inspection for our new home several months ago, since it's a very old house, we are very concerned about the quality of the house. Before purchasing it, we need to know if this house is in good condition or there are any potential risks which might prevent us from buying it. Chris did an excellent job, he is very professional, detail-oriented and willing to address any concerns we have. Another thing I'd like to stress out is the inspection report, which is over 70 pages, covers almost everything we need-- great reference for home renos and repairs. Will definitely recommend him to friends.
