I was looking to purchase a new home after 20+ years in my current home....many things such as codes have changed since then....Chris walked me thru the property and explained what he was looking for and what he found. He took the time to listen to my questions and and made sure I understood any areas of concern to him and why....He was professional and thorough with his inspection and report, and took time to address a few specific concerns I had. I am happy to report I am now a proud owner of my new home!
