Chris performed a home inspection on a rural property in Maple Ridge. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to look for during an inspection, so it was great having Chris teach me the basics.
It is important to note that the property I was purchasing had a septic tank system on its premises and Chris strongly advised that I bring in a septic tank specialist to inspect it. Following his advice, I hired a septic tank inspector and it was revealed that the entire septic tank system needed to be replaced. Using this information, I was able to negotiate $10,000 off of my purchase price. Therefore, I owe my $10,000 in savings to Chris' advice! I highly recommend that everyone use Chris for their home inspection.
