It was very easy to schedule an inspection with Chris despite all parties' busy schedule. We needed an inspection done for a condo before buying it, and Chris has done a fantastic thorough job for a reasonable price. He explained his findings to us, answered questions we've had, and recommended some improvements to the condo setup. Next time I will need an inspection done, I will definitely reach to Chris again.
