Sean showed me the blockage and corrected the issue. My furnace was up and running efficiently in no time, heating my house back to a warmer temperature. This was not my first call to Optimal. I have an older furnace and my igniter failed a few months before. Sean went out to buy the part and was back in an hour and got my furnace running again.
