Came to look at a walk in cooler issue. Took the entire day (8+ hours) to go out and change some of the parts that were apparently faulty. No difference was noted on the issue of the walk in cooler after the fix and they said our unit was oversized and needed a replacement even though the unit has been working properly for the past 20+ years.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you were not happy with the experience. My tech did demonstrate the parts to you that were blown, as indicated in the black charring on the part and the terminal blown off. After we replaced the parts we did note several issues to you including the unit was oversized for the amount of product you had in the box and miss-matched evaporator and condenser and you had decided not to proceed with any further repairs.
