Spin cycle not working. Machine not under waranty. Discussed cost of doing repairs . Decided just to pay for a service call .

David the technician was very pleasant and we were very impressed with his promptness and communication throughout our repair.

He provided us updates and came in with his shoes covered which is always much appreciated. He called before hand to say he was coming early and If that would be ok.

We had a water leak with our newly installed washer. The first company which the manufacturer called in refused because it was a stacked unit. A.R S. reacted completely differently with reassuring phone calls and e-mails. They arrived when they said they would and dealt with our problem in an efficient and effective manner. Full explanations were given and the service technian made sure that we were happy and that everything was O.K. before leaving. From now on A.R.S. will be the first and only call we will make.

I called because my LG washing machine was broken. Very few places repair LG appliances. I had to wait over two weeks to get an appointment.

The repairman was very nice and we had to order a part to complete the repair. The part was in stock and I was assured it would be available the next day.
I called for a follow up appointment that day, and was told they will not book a follow up appointments until the part is in.
I told them I didn't want to wait a long time for another appointment, as we had no dishwasher and wanted to secure an appointment time for this week. They refused to make the appointment. By the time the part was in, there were no more bookings available for new appointments that week, so I had to wait another week with no dishwasher.

It's been over three weeks since I called and we still have no functional dishwasher.

Carlos was on time and repairs completed as outlined in the quote. Dryer works fine now and should be good for a number of years to come now.
