Just want to give a shout out to your service Guy Chris. I dont know his last name but he lives in Bomanville ON.
This guys is awesome ( You guys need to hire more people like him).. He is so attentive to what he does and never leaves without a good word being said. The guy have been to my home on Four (4) occasions to try and fix my LG Fridge not sure why Four times ( And this is waht makes him amazing). As I honestly believe someone else after a couple of visits would of said forget it.. But No he kept coming back as he had to make sure whatever the issue was he had to get it resolved ( So patient also). Finally today on his 5th visit he did what he had to get done for the customer and get them to replace our fridge. Chris you are wonderful keep up the good work and Hats off to you my friend.
