Attempted Duct Cleaning

Steam Dry Canada was very difficult to deal with from day 1. It took them 4 different attempts to show up at the right day and time and this was over a span of 3 weeks. Every time a new appointment was scheduled, the tech would be coming on a different day. Super annoying and unprofessional.

Further from there the tech finally showed up with 2 guys that were on training. They didnt alert me of what there plan was and bored extra holes into my ducts by accident. There attempt to seal failed and I will now have to have my HVAC guy do a replacement.

Approximate cost of services:
$300.00

Company Response

Good afternoon, we are sorry to hear about your experience with our service. Customer service is extremely important to us. We have looked through our schedule and cannot find a "JC" so we cannot contact you directly. With proper duct cleaning, it is necessary to cut an access hole to hook up the vacuum hose directly to the HVAC system. We then need to drill a few 1" holes to send down the skipper lines. These steps are required for proper cleaning and if a company does not do this, they are taking a short cut. Please note that this is additional work and if we did not care about the quality of service, we would not perform these tasks as we do not charge to do this.

Thanks
