A guy named Roberto Buganan came to my house to clean my carpet. He is arrogant, rude and he was pounding my 2nd floor while cleaning our carpet. I did not pay attention as I thought it was part of their procedure. Then he called me upstairs saying the items inside my daughter's dressing table was disorganized as he has to lift it I guess then I said to him we will just organize it afterwards. He left and I paid him for the service. I did a thorough inspection after he was gone only to find out that my daughter's dressing table was broken. It was worth $150 from Ikea. I also noted chips on the railings of my stairs and on my baseboards. The guy was clearly not careful when he was doing his job. So I called their office to complain about what happen and they always direct me to a voicemail. The name of the manager they said was Gram. I also called the carpet cleaner and he said he did not wreck the dressing table of my daughter. He clearly does not want to take responsibility for what he did and was not honest enough to tell me about the dressing table. I did not notice it when he called my attention because he was referring to the disorganized items inside and that's where I focused my response to him. They should never employ people like him as this will ruin their business. I will wait for at least 2 days for them to get back to me as I want them to repay me for the worth of my daughter's dressing table. He was rude, rough, dishonest employee.
