What a shock.., after a storm 1-2 strips of shingles had blown off my home. Roof Doctor only attached the strips and did minor caulking and charged $250 for same day "emergency" visit and $350 to nail 2 strips of shingles back (not replace). I had similar problem on other side of roof recently and another came same day and replaced a few strips of shingles AND reinstalled gutter protection with an entire roof inspection and charged $150.00. How can Roof Doctor justify $600 for half the work the other company did????? I would NEVER recommend this place. I feel so ripped off after dealing with them. Wish I would have read HomeStars before hiring them.

During and after storms hit The Roof Doctor is out there in all types of weather to help you to watertight your home. All repairs are not the same. wind will hit the roof from different angles and if the roof has lifted many shingles will have pulled out of there nails, especially if they are not nailed correctly in the first place. At The Roof Doctor we install the nails so the wind protection of the shingle works accordingly to the warranty. If the shingles were installed correctly people would not need to call for repair service so often like every year.
It may sound simple but we also caulk each and every shingle tab down on every repair summer and winter.
