Robert was very fast at responding and the person doing the work was very polite. They got it done within one day of contacting them at a reasonable cost. I will use them for all future roof work.

After a wind storm a couple of nights ago, I noticed some of the shingles on front of the house had blown off. I had Elite Roofing do a minor repair two years ago. Called them again. A service technician came out same day to assess the damage and told me that 5 shingles had come off. He returned later the same day to replace the missing shingles. The repair looks great. Customer service was great too. Would recommend them to anyone that needed to get a roof repair or whole roof done.

All I can say is WOW! The service and knowledge I received from Robert was unbelievably exceptional. I would totally recommend them for all your roofing needs. Keep up the great work :)

We had mortar breaking away from the concrete tiles and we could see this from ground level. We contacted Robert and he came out and turns out there was a whole lot of issues - loose mortar, some completely gone, broken tiles and a dead spot on the roof where water was collecting, and other issues as well. He was able to give us a quote on the spot and offered a couple of options to fix the roof. We went with the option of removing the mortar completely and installing a Zephyr roll. The crew did a fantastic job, professional and explained everything as they went along. The work was done on time and the crew cleaned up the work site each day. Customer service was great, Robert was available to answer my questions if I had them and so was the crew. Highly recommend them.

After a terrible windstorm, half of the ridge cap came off our roof and was caught on the ventilator. Needless to say, we needed it repaired quickly. We were fortunate to call Elite Roofing and get immediate help.

After talking to the receptionist to set up an appointment, I emailed pictures of the problem. Robert LaPierre emailed me back right away and asked me to call him. Robert explained what needed to be done, changed appointments so the work could be sooner, and said his crew would have everything that was needed. I did not know the length of the roof but he said he would be able to tell by looking at google. Robert was very helpful.

It was very refreshing to see two young men, Jordan and Jordan, so serious about their work. They were not lazy and had a professional attitude. They arrived on time and were polite and friendly and quickly got to work. Jordan explained what was done to repair the problem and why it had come off in the first place. Jordan and Jordan also did some extra work and checked the eaves. My mother, a senior, was so relieved.

Came home for a week-long shift from up North to find water was leaking in my upstairs bedroom..thinking the worst, i called and couldn't get an answer from 3 roofing companies. I tried Elite and they answered right away and got the ball rolling. They sent a tech out to see what the problem was. Greg arrived about 2 hours later and went up to find the problem. multiple tiles were broken. fortunately, I had some tiles from the previous owner and Greg went up and had them done in no time. He said he didn't know what to charge because he only replaced the broken ones. Well I cannot say enough good things about this company from the receptionist to the great attitude and professionalism displayed by the Tech, Greg. They sure saved my home from some potentially serious water damage and charged me less than what a regular service charge would be. Thank you, Calgary Elite Roofing..I highly recommend this company!

Called Calgary Elite Roofing to look at a minor leak on a moderately old roof and assess the entire roof to see if it was worth repairing or if it was time to look into replacing the whole roof. The roof was in good condition for its age, the leak was so minor it was repaired in minutes, and there was no attempts to up sell a total replacement. Totally appreciate the honesty shown, and in a few years time when a replacement is actually required Calgary Elite Roofing will be my first call.

I can't praise Robert LaPierre and Calgary Elite Roofing enough for an amazing shingle job on my detached garage. Great Price, Great Quality work and AMAZING FOLLOW UP. AMAZING SERVICE ALL AROUND!!

I was very pleased with Rob and his crew. Rob explained all the issues with my roof in a clear manner and offered me several pricing options based on my needs. I was getting my stucco repaired and house painted at the same time. Rob co-ordinated all the work in conjunction with the other contractors. I didn't have to organize anyone. I felt Rob had great integrity and I would recommend this company.
