Following a home inspection prior to the purpose of our house, our roof was in need of some attention to issues that were found during the home inspection. I requested a call from their office using their online request form. Previous experience with these type of online request forms was that you receive a call back several days later or never get a call back. Within 10 minutes of submitting the request I received a phone call from the office. I explained the situation and after answering a few simple questions we arranged a mutually convenient time for someone to stop by and provide a quote. Robert showed up and explained what he was going to do and said he would report back to me once he was done his roof inspection. During our conversation I easily established that this company was not some fly by night company out to make a quick buck, but were genuinely concerned about roofing and more importantly the Safety and wellbeing of their people. Following his roof inspection he informed me that the issues identified in the home inspection were not issues to be concerned with at all. However, he did identify and correct a couple of other issues with the roofing while up on the roof. I was very pleased that he took it upon himself to correct these minor issues without hesitation. As to the fee for his services, he just said that we were to take what we would pay him and buy something for our granddaughter and call them in the spring for a follow up maintenance review of the condition of the roof. In this day and age it is rare that you receive this type of service. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK!
