I called the Door Master to book an appointment and they were able to accommodate me on the same day.
Eric showed up and explained my options, which included repairing the broken gear on the existing opener (20 years old!) or the cost of a new installation. I choose to go with the new installation.
Eric was professional, friendly and informative. There was no pressure, and he was happy to answer any questions I had.
Definitely would use their service again.
