In December of 2018, I required service due to a drainage issue in the bathroom. I service call was placed by Enercare as and “emergency’. Within an hour, Angelo arrived at our home.
Angelo was polite and very professional when he entered the home. He went right to work on assessing the problem with the drain. When he had completed his initial assessment, Angelo took the time to explain that we had a blocked drain on the outside of the house on city property, and take me to the exact spot outside where the blockage was.
His professional nature and expertise proved valuable in locating the problem and assisting with the steps required to resolve it quickly.
Without hesitation, I will definitely be calling Angelo back for my plumbing needs and would recommend his services to anyone I know.

My story took place during Toronto's recent brutal deep freeze. Like many other homeowners, I had the grave misfortune of having a pipe burst---water everywhere, with damage to both drywall and flooring. I was, quite frankly, desperate and in a panic. Unsurprisingly, I couldn't get a plumber to come quickly, and when another company finally sent someone, he did nothing, saying the job was too difficult, the pipes too tightly packed. Well, Cirton Plumbing to the rescue!! And specifically Ryan Longlois to the rescue! Ryan showed up promptly, he was very friendly, his fee was totally reasonable, but most important, he demonstrated incredible skill in fixing my pipe problem. He was also patient in explaining various future remedies and preventative measures. Thanks to Ryan my home suffered as little damage as possible. I recommend him without hesitation!

Mike came at fairly short notice and plumbed in our sink, taps and dishwasher. He knows his plumbing! There was a problem with the taps but he worked away until he had found the solution and got them working. Not sure that many plumbers would have persevered as long before giving up. Also was very neat and left things spotless. I would be happy to recommend him.

Mike referred this job to someone else (Mario/Angelo?) who came, looked at the job and quoted me $440 to do it (cash and no tax). I was desperate because I couldn't do dishes or use the sink and I agreed. That is my fault and I accept responsibility but in hind sight I feel I was taken advantage of. He insisted the pipes were old and needed to be replaced. The kitchen was just renovated in May 2017 so there was no reason to replace the pipes or the sink baskets yet he did. It was a sloppy plumbing job to begin with and needed to be fixed, not replaced. It took him less than an hour. Perhaps they deal differently with a man but as a woman I feel like I was hoodwinked. I have been told since then the job shouldn't have cost me more than $125 - $150. Lesson learned. Always get more than one quote.

Thanks to Ryan who came today and did two jobs. He quickly unplugged my laundry tubs and best of all thoroughly explained that it was grease and lint that blocked them and how it happened. He then creatively replaced the U-bend piping under a bathroom sink from 1959. He had to do some cutting and creative joining of the 2018 plastic pipes and he made it work. Ryan was quick, focused and seems to really like his work. I recommend this service.
