We booked an appointment with Reliance to check out our air conditioner. The service guy ended up telling me the freon was too low and we had a gas leak. He suggested buying a new unit. My husband was skeptical and called another company. They checked it and found nothing wrong. So the service guy was not honest with me. Not happy and would not recommend Reliance again!! This guy was just trying to upsell us to buy a new unit!
