Midland Van Lines No Longer In Business

Very unsatisfied with this moving company. We contacted them received quote $645 from Sophia/Mark for our move only to find out once furniture was picked up and in the truck it was going to be 1186? we were even under the weight they had quoted us for. They charged us for use of moving blankets? packing tape when they actually used our packing tape. still not sure why so much since they will not return our emails. They were not on time and we had to pay super to remain till they showed up. Instead of using boxes we packed our stuff in totes which 4 of the 7 arrived broken. Big screen TV broken they must have dropped it on the corner as casing in the corner broken as well as screen all cracked. They will not respond to emails or our calls we are disputing this with our credit card as we have a copy of the original quote as well as reporting to BBB.

We relocated from the first time in Canada, so finding the right comany was really stressful because we didn't have any idea about the requirements, cost and so on.
But, this was the only stress since we were really lucky to find Midland VanLines and to work with Sophie and Aslan's team.
I really want to thak for guys everything you did for us! All the services were beyond expectations. Fair price, punctuality, support, care and fun!
