I was quoted a price of $345.00 for a Aprile Humidifier. When the unit was installed I noticed that it was a York Humidifier. I'm not happy that this company have mislead me in the product and are not willing to do anything to "make it right"

I am sorry to hear that you felt you were "misled"....the humidifier that was originally installed was an AprilAire Humidifier that was private labeled by York.
However, when you expressed your concern that it didn't say AprilAire on the front, we replaced the humidifier with an AprilAire branded humidifier within 3 days.
