An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

I called to ask about pricing for cleaning my rugs and got a ton of information over the phone.
I decided to bring in my Persian rugs that I had purchased on my visits overseas and an antique Chinese rug that I had recently acquired (and had been a little abused). I didn't even know if the Chinese rug was worth salvaging... it was full of dirt and had been surface cleaned with a chemical rug cleaner. we are very happy with the result .
