The technician respond to your call really quickly. You can arrange for him to come usually within 24 hours. This is critical as water leaks can often cause more damage if it is not fixed quickly. The price was reasonable. He would not charge you for inspection and quote. The price was reasonable. He fixed the problem rather quickly.
