MIke came as advertised. Despite the fact that it was simply poor wiring at manufacture which led to the dispenser malfunctioning, he and his partner did an overall assessment and provided tips on maintenance, appropriate cooling temperature and other known or potential risks. I have found the company who will be installing, assessing and repairing all my appliances going forward. Thank you J&J Electrical and Appliance Repairs.
