The guys from J&J responded our call immediately and came to check the dryer the same day. They informed us of what the issue was and set an approximate date for receiving the delivery of the new part, which they ordered right away. As soon as the replacement part arrived, they called us and came home to fix it.
They are very professional, quickly identify the problem and fix it in minimum time.
Also, they gave us tips on how to better take care of our appliances and did an extra job on the dryer to make it more resistant.
