After reading the two reviews, I decided to call Air Track Hvac. Frank answered the phone and I told him what I thought the problem with my chiller unit was. He told me to come in ASAP and he will check it out.
He arrived to my place and checked out the chiller unit and showed us what was exactly wrong with it and explained how he was going to fix the problem.
After an hour and a half, we came back and everything was fixed.

Overall, we were more than impressed with the exceptional customer service and the pricing.

Just a month ago we have bought a new home, so I have head to the local HVAC seller store and paid for the new HVAC system. The seller has recommend “Air Track Inc” for installation of hvac unit, with in the same day Air Track van brought my unit to home and the way they handled my equipment is impressed me very much.
