My central vacuum suction stopped working. I did a little investigation and research on my own and determined the problem was the motor. Based on the other positive reviews I called VacMan.ca. Luckily, Gino was able to come out the same day. He confirmed the problem was a dead motor. He outlined the costs and benefits of my options, repair vs new. I decided to purchase a new unit. He came prepared and had one in his van. He completed the installation in about an hour, checked all the suction outlets as well as our accessories. He tightened the suction outlets and confirmed something we had previously believed, that one of the hoses had a problem, which was likely the cause of the motor burn out. We thought the hose had a blockage that lowered the suction but it was the hose itself which had been crushed and could no longer hold its shape, which was the cause of the problem. Again, he came prepared and we purchased a new low voltage accessories kit from him. Not only did Gino do a thorough job, he came prepared, he was polite and he was knowledgeable. At no point did we feel pressure to purchase from him. He let us decide what level of service to purchase. Refreshing old world service.
