I can't recommend Jafar enough; he is professional, helpful and very knowledable. My A/C unit is not working. I had another company check it, and they told me the unit was broken. They recommended replacing the whole system instead of trying to fix the unit. I have doubts about that, so I tried to find another company to double-check. Jafar came in and did the inspection and was able to quickly identify the issue and fix the problem in less than 20 minutes; he even identified another issue that we didn't know about and fixed it. That is the best experience I have had with a technician, and Best Way Heating will be my go-to company for HVAC-related services from now on.
