JERRY from ROMANIUK HEATING came over to fix my furnace and quickly got the part from the supplier, installed with no issues and was very professional and efficient about it. Gave me tons of tips about the expected wear and tear and maintenance of my heating unit. Romaniuk Heating responded quickly and at a lower cost when I needed them. I recommend without reserve.

I was having difficulty with my York furnace, Nick came out and let me know there were actually recalls on my furnace. He was very helpful and was able to get the parts on Warranty for me the same day. He was able to drive downtown from the west end before the supplier closed. I would Highly recommend this company and Nick. I cannot say how grateful I am- it was starting to get chilly with no furnace. Thanks again!!

Romaniuk doesnt believe in providing the best customer service and overall workmanship. The unprofessional technician was more interested in using my washroom instead of providing a service. Im trying to get their customer service and they hang up so dont spend money they dont treat you courteously they are unprofessional so protect your property from them .

I have condensation issue and AC was just installed called Romaniuk to set an appointment for after installation service and they sent out Brent he explained what causes the issue and it all make sense. Romaniuk has been my go to guys for HVAC services because they have not disappointed me in any way from Sales through Matt and installation with Darrien and Haden to the service call by Brent everything has been positive. Thanks Romaniuk.

Last October I wrote a very negative review about scheduling delays with this company. Maintenance on two air conditioning units was scheduled over a month ago starting June 1. Turns out the technician handling the account left the company according to the call service. I signed up for the JUST RIGHT Protection Plan. According to the call service they tried everything in their power to reschedule. Best they could do was June 18. This company seems too busy and it appears they are using the call centre as their excuse. I am looking for other options as good companies are reliable especially when a booking in made over a month in advance. Very disappointing. Just need to figure out how to cancel the Just Right Protection Plan.

I had AC installed last September since then, I haven't got the inspection and romaniuk promised to offer me an AC cover. I called the company several times nothing has been done, I'm very disappointed with the service.

Romaniuk is our go to for any plumbing and heating issue. We fully trust their team's evaluation and recommendations. Matt came out today to replace our hot water tank and he did an awesome job. Super friendly, explained everything thoroughly, and even offered to sweep up some tiny dirt specs after. We're happy with their work and wouldn't hesitate to have Matt or anyone from Romaniuk come out here again. We're also very impressed that they are offering a 10 yr warranty on parts and service.
