All the install was very good. Initially there were some small issues, but they did get corrected. The only thing that I wasn't fully happy with was the exhaust that was located directly above the AC unit. I believe this will drip down on the AC unit.

Romaniuk offers a program to service their installed equipment for a great rate! I have 4 pieces. Technician Brent came in and serviced all the pieces, then gave me a complete breakdown of what he did and if there were any concerns. He also emailed the details to me for my records.

Our toilet was leaking from the base. I got a response right away after we put in a request with HomeStars. Belanna came within the time frame expected. Turns out the wax ring that was put in was the wrong size. She knew right away and fixed the problem. She also pointed out where the water was leaking into the basement and gave some suggestions on how to reduce mold growth. She even gave some suggestions about our main pipeline for future. Would definitely recommend.

A friend referred me to Romaniuk. I researced them before I contacted them and found they had been in business for almost 45 yrs. After several quotes from different companies, over period of 24 hours, I decided to go with Romaniuk who gave me the best quote. They were very knowledgable. They showed up the next morning before the appointment time and installed the furnace in 1 day. They arranged for inspection and completed forms for me to get extended warranty on my high efficient furnace. Work that could not be completed due to cold, was completed in spring. They are honest, excellent service people and recommend them to anybody that need a furnace or airconditioner.

Unit was not installed properly in Dec however Ken with help relevelled the unit and it is perfect now.
