First visit they charged 80 00 to tell me it needed the back panel computer board replaced and that the other parts looked fine. This was why it was not spinning. It took over a week to get part and rebook for part to be installed at cost of over 400.00.
Second appontment find out after they replace back panel still doing the same thing and they have to order the main computer board for over 500.00 and then I ot has to be ordered and another appt booked which took over a week
3rd visit technician installs second board and still it does not spin. Now he says the latch on door must be replaced. It must be ordered and another appt booked for another week
Meanwhile it is almost a month now and I could have had a new washer.
It is still not fixed and they say after all this they cannot warranty any parts.
It has been very frusrtating considering I try to fix and prevent a washer that is not even 10 years old yet to go to a landfill.
I mo longer have confidence in this company because they want your money up front without providing efficient and prompt service repairs.
