DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They came in, charged me $300 just to drain my washing machine and said it should be fine. When it broke 2 washes later they wanted to charge me another ridiculous amount to come and do the same thing again AND THEN wanted me to pay for parts and labour to do the repair they should have done the first time. Meanwhile customer service is useless. Don't put yourself through the experience of dealing with them.
