NEVER CALL THESE GUYS!!! Never make the same mistake I made. I had a problem with my microwave and called them. The person who answered the phone said it would be $80 for the technician to come and make a quote for the repair. I was ok with the price. The technician came onSaturday Feb 1st. He made me sign a paper saying that he needed permission to work on the appliance. Ok, I signed it. After 5 min he told me that it was the thermostat which needed to be replaced. He quoted $316.40 which he said that it had to be paid in advance.
He was supposed to come back Monday with thermostat and fix it. No calls, nothing. I called the company Wed evening, the person who answered the phone didn't know what happened and advised that I should call during the day and speak with the manager ILONA which I did. She was extremely rude and told me that the part and the installation would be $192 on top of what I had already paid. No refund for what had been already paid, signing the waiver I agreed with company terms and conditions, and she started laughing.
I should have read the reviews before calling them, I have never had such a bad customer service ever.
I lost $316 but I am not giving more of my money to this company so I am going to call someone else.
