Our air conditioner failed during the first heat wave of the summer on a Friday, our normal provider could not be out until 2 weeks and they referred us to Jamison Furnace. They were able to get to our house the following Monday, there was some issues with the air conditioner, which Curt repaired, but he also found an issue with the furnace fan. we got the furnace fan going, but it stopped again a few days later, Curt gave us some advise to get the fan running again, but knew the fan was on its last legs. We checked the warranty on the furnace, and we were supposed to get an additional 5 years when we registered it 5 year ago, but there was no record. Susan and Curt went to bat for us with the manufacturer, and got us the additional 5 years on the furnace with the bad motor, but also our second furnace. Both Curt and Susan were fantastic to work with, both mechanically and with the warranty. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!
