Profesionalism and honesty.

Kurt went above and beyond with his services.

Not only was he able to repair the furnace, he actually found the cause of the problem that had another company coming into my home for the last 3 years.

He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and really honest.

Curt, the owner, is very knowledgeable, conscientious & fair with pricing. Susan keeps everything organized, on time, great communication. I have been impressed with their integrity- hard to find in a business nowadays. Highly recommend!

Onsite as scheduled, and went the extra distance!

Calgary

I had Jamieson furnace out to repair a whining blower motor.

Once that was done, the technician further tested the ignitor and flame sensor.

I mentioned I had replaced ignitor and have been periodically cleaning the flame sensor when it failed to let the furnace run.

Ignitor OK and he left me the part, we replaced flame sensor.

Super happy with the level of promptness, pricing, and thorough diagnostic to keep me warm and the startups more silent. 5 stars all day!

Furnace fix

A repairman came the same day (a -30C day) and gave us different options for the repair (replacing NB bearings or the old blower motor completely). Had parts compatible with our old Coleman in the van so was quite quick. Have previously used Jamison and was also similarly pleased (different unit).
