This is the second time that "Jamison Furnace" rescued me. I was smelling smoke in my house and could not figure out why . . .
It turned out that a sheet of art paper that my grandson made for me fell into the vent without me realizing it.
Unfortunately, Curt was not available right away because he was out of the country that week. . . . and since I had not had my vents cleaned in a very long time, I had my vents cleaned.
Fast forward to the following week and I was still smelling smoke to the point of my eyes burning.
Fortunately, Curt returned from his vacation and Susan was able to book an appointment . . . .
Curt came out and did his magic . . . the smoke is gone and I am so grateful.

Last year my furnace stopped working. Curt came and got it working. Well, this fall I went to start my furnace up again and it didn't start. Curt dropped by and quickly got it started. He also showed me the "magic" to get it going again in case it stops.
Jamison's service was prompt, helpful, friendly, and all around outstanding.

Jamison has excellent client service. Very prompt response to service calls with excellent communication before and after the service. Furnace installation was completed very efficiently in half a day.

I called for a heating issue with my 14 year old furnace not staying on.

Curt could find nothing wrong with the furnace and starting asking me a whole lot of questions he was not going to leave us cold, I told him I had put a nest thermostat in instantly he new and fixed the problem Curt completely reworked the nest now Im warm his rate for what he did and the time he took to explain was more than fair He could have told me I needed a new furnace , Jamison will do all my future work honesty and integrity is hard to find nowadays

Although it was a quick inspection Curt was incredibly helpful - really gives you more info than expected to help you make the best decision, both for maintaining your current sytem and future needs. Will be back!

I have used this company before Curt's knowledge is extraordinary if he can fix he will if not has given an awesome price to replace my furnace I would recommend this company to anyone family business that cares for the customer a calgary white hat much appreciated what they have done

Our furnace died in the middle of a cold snap in Alberta this winter. Jamison Furnace was there to help us. It turns out a critical component was done after 17 years of service. Curt advised us to replace instead of fix. That was the right call. He gave us options and helped us decide with his great knowledge. Then got us the furnace in a very timely manner and did a professional installation. Curt has done work for us for many years and I would not trust anyone else with our HVAC needs.

My furnace went out three times during the cold snap around Christmas/New Year and I had 2 other companies in who temporarily got it running again. Then a friend recommended Jamison Furnace. Kirk was knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to address the problem/cause, not just the symptom and got my furnace running as good as new. Its been over a month, and no problems. He did more work, and charged less, than the other two companies.

Third time we've relied on Jamison, the first for a problematic fireplace chimney leak issue no one else could identify, the latest for an emergency furnace repair. Excellent service, knowledgeable, friendly. I highly recommend them.
