We asked Window and Door Guys for a quote to replace some windows with broken seals. They came promptly but while they were measuring they broke one of our window panes. With assurances they would fix it regardless of whether we decided to go with them or not, they left the broken window pane with us.
Due to budget going to other more critical renos we decided not to proceed with window repairs, but it should be noted that we would have used Window and Door Guys if we didn't have the experience that followed.
The rep for the contracted company chased these guys for weeks, trying to get them back to fix the broken window pane. Since we decided not to proceed with the window replacements the rep received a rude reply from Window and Door Guys telling them not to send any leads that weren't paying leads. This was extremely unprofessional. Again, we WOULD have gone with them when the budget allowed for it but would not now.
After months of chasing them, the rep had them come back to pick up the broken pane to fix it. They did not want to engage with us and asked for it to be left outside for pick up. This was done. Another 2 weeks goes by with no word, despite the rep chasing them to please repair and bring it back.
The Window and Door Guys finally brought back the pane with the repaired glass, but left it on the porch and did not offer to install it, or to apologize for any delays or their crude comments. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
