Fair price, excellent work, kind techs
We needed two new furnaces and an ac unit installed.
I got quotes from four companies, including Harmony. Their equipment, price, and sales process were all by far the best. We got better equipment than others were offering at a better price.
But the real value? Tyler and Nick did such an exceptional job. They learned my name, then busted their butts through intense heat to handle everything: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, the works.
They cleaned up messes, said hi to my kids, explained what they were doing it felt like they actually cared about my perception of the experience and werent just looking for a pay check or a review.
It was two full days of intense work. But the end result is perfect, and they even went above and beyond to make the install look nice on our exterior.
