We moved into a new house and found it leaking from the first rainfall. We needed the entire roof replaced including a flat section. After getting several quotes, Mark's quote was the most transparent and offered several ways to reduce the cost (it was also the lowest by a small margin). In the end, the job was done early, on budget, and the site was cleaned up to the original condition. Disruptions to the neighbours was very minimal, and to be expected given the size and scope of the job.
I would definitely recommend them. The only negative were the few cigarette butts left around, but given the horror stories of other roofers, not a big deal at all.
