My wife and I just had a very unpleasant experience with these guys. They literally walked away from the project and left us stranded and in a very stressful scenario.
We've worked with a few contractors in the past but nothing compares to what we just went thru with these brothers.
We hired them because they seemed nice, open and willing to accommodate our requests. We just bought a new home and needed to re-do the floors, paint walls and update a few things in the house. A very easy job that took our past contractors just days to complete our previews home.
We were very open from the beginning and added a few more things as we realized we needed more work done in the new place (like it usually happens in every project). They were honest about the extra time it would take and we understood.
They started strong and things seemed to be moving along but on week #3 after a stressful move, living in a hotel for days and asking for updates on the project our place seemed nowhere near finished. We made many attempts to reach out and ask them on specific deadlines but we got no specific answers.
They took days off without even letting us know. In many occasions we came to visit our home to see the progress and found them nowhere to be seen. They worked like 2 to 3 hours a day and became really hard to talk to as they were just full of excuses.
We really liked these guys and wanted to believe them but after many missed deadlines and terrible communication we called them out on their lack of work ethic and they just could not take it.
In the end they could not even face us and took their tools and left.
My wife was very upset as we had hoped to have our dream home finished very soon. They needed 2 more days tops to complete it all and they just bailed.
We are business owners and would never leave any of our clients hanging like that. This was unacceptable in many levels and we hope to reach as many people out to let them know the truth about these guys.
I never give bad reviews because I always give people the benefit of the doubt as I was even telling my wife "They will finish the job, don't worry" Man I was wrong.
Please don't trust these reviews you see on their page. We were always nice and cordial with them and we just needed to be updated to informed and I guess that was too much for them to handle.
Very upset and disappointed.
