Thank you for taking the time to review our company. It's difficult to respond to such a negative review as we do our best to ensure all our customers are happy before it reaches this stage. I am personally aware of this project and honestly do not feel these comments are justified. Our work was done well and within our agreed parameters. The work required was more than initially expected and costs did rise as a result. In my opinion, it is more important to do a job right than to do it cheaply. I spent time going over all the details in advance and was fair with billing. I adjusted my rates to absorb some of these unexpected costs.
