We hired Shawn to do a basement renovation for us in December 2013. He said the work would be done in approximately 7 weeks. It is now almost 7 months later and the work is not done. We were never provided with 3Ddrawings as promised, cleanings have not been done and personal items were thrown out by his staff after being put where he told us they were safe. Shawn refuses to return calls and makes appointments to come by and does not show up, doesn't call to let us know, and does not answer his messages. He shows up unprepared with the wrong materials and his workers are messy and show no regard for others' property. They are careless with painting jobs and have installed items in the wrong spots and cut holes in the wrong places in walls. He now tells us he is so busy with new jobs, yet he has never finished this one. He also has not provided warranty or paperwork for us. I have provided a picture to show his finished work on our new door and hardware. There are brush strokes visible and our new door handle was installed before painting and splattered with paint. This is not acceptable.
