I will never recommend this company, I had stairs installed and there was color mismatch with the floor, No response after numerous attempts to reach them, They are expensive as compared to other contractors and have poor customer service

I would like to thank you for your feedback, and at the same time would like to further investigate this matter. You mentioned that you have tried to contact but got no reply, just wondering who you left the message for?
Also to reflect on our pricing, each job is estimated than a final quote is submitted to the customer, only on approval by the customer the job is confirmed and put on the schedule. If at anytime you felt the cost was to high you were free to decline the estimate, so we feel its unfair to make such statements after you make your commitment.
