I purchased a sectional sofa and it arrived in a timely manner. It was missing a pillow but the company was quick to remedy the problem. Very impressed with the management team
Sectional Sofa
I purchased a sectional sofa from the Vanaik at Steeles and Kipling and it arrived with a hole and a pillow missing. I called them and they told me that they would call me back the next day and settle this problem. I had to call them 4 different times using 4 different phones to reach them because they kept avoiding my call. Each time they told me to wait and that they were talking with the warehouse. Ajay the manager was really rude when ever we reached him, and even when we send him the pictures of the damaged sofa as he demanded, he straight out told us to pick the pillow up ourselves. Absolutely horrible customer service and the product was damaged. Never buy from this store if you want something worth your money.
