I found the company online, and liked the fact that they deliver and install the pillars, and take away the old ones. I called and ordered some fiberglass columns. The company was very helpful with the ordering process. I was told the installation would be done within a week or week and a half. A few days after ordering I realized the columns wouldn't fit the porch properly. I contacted the company and they were very helpful, asking that I send pictures of the porch from many angles. Arrangements were made for a change to some composite porch pillars that would fit perfectly. The pillars were delivered and installed within a few days of my second call, and just a week from the first call. The installation was excellent. The installer did a very professional and careful job, and the pillars are great. They aren't a stark white, but a creamy white, so that they will look good until I decide to paint them. The company was good enough to email me instructions on painting them. The old pillars were taken away by the installer as arranged.
