My furnace suddenly stopped working properly. Bill arrived promptly and provided excellent and honest service. I would enthusiastically recommend Ashton Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Emailed Bill at Ashton heating furnace kept shutting off would work for w days then stay off for 8 hours then start up again. Bill came out to inspect and had the trouble cleared in a very short time. Always pleasant to deal with.

The technician who came to my home was very professional and did a thorough inspection and cleaning of my furnace. I realized later the pricing is a little higher than others in the area but I would still recommend them for being pleasant to deal with and doing a great job.

Bill can to inspect our gas fireplace to ensure that the unit was in good working order. He tested for CO and checked the operation of the unit.

A local company had come to clean the unit and stated the fireplace wasn't any good and need to be replaced.

Bill advised that just because the unit is old is not a requirement to be replaced. Bill is very professional and honest individual.

Everyone at this company is professional and down to earth. Completed work was amazing. (removal of exising furnace and hot water tank and oil tank and installed new equipment). Annual gas furnace cleaning. The technicians are always professional and friendly. The week before this scheduled service call we had an emergency with water in our furnace room from a blocked drain. I called in the morning and the same day mid afternoon I received a service call and the problem was resolved in less than an hour. The charge was very reasonable,
