We are very happy with our new furnace, AC and humidifier. Nate did an excellent job explaining the various options available to us and detailed the pros and cons of each option. The installation cost was exactly as quoted. His installation crew was excellent! They did an outstanding job and made sure everything was done with excellence and with the highest quality parts. You do not realize how much is involved in sizing and installing Heating and Air Conditioning. Nate does a lot of homework and education before he sells you what you need. I cannot recommend Nate and his crew enough. Our furnace bit the dust on a Sunday morning (of course). Langdon was out to see it within the hour. After going through the options of extending the life of an old, problematic furnace, we decided to go with a new install. Nate rearranged schedules so the new furnace could be installed within a couple of days with a much more efficient humidifier to go with it. Langdon did the work quickly and without fuss. It looks beautiful, works great, is highly energy efficient, and he left the place impeccably clean. And it comes with a 10 year parts and labor warranty! I highly recommend Distinct Heating and Cooling for their great service and expertise.

Had issues with our furnace over the winter behaving anomalously. We had another HVAC company come by and take a look, and they were unable to find the issue. After reading the reviews here, decided to have Distinct come in to take a look. They were able to come out promptly and troubleshoot the issue(s) and design a solution to remedy it. Communication from the office staff to the technicians was great, everyone was polite and knowledgeable. We were able to have all of our questions answered. Install was tidy and work performed with care. Overall, we're very satisfied with the service we have received and it's been refreshing to work with a company that has such professionalism.
