They even fixed the builders laziness.
Right from the get go, I knew these guys were selling me what was right for my house. They were not trying to over sell me, or just slap in the same thing they do everywhere. They asked about my needs, my preferences, and offer me options in various price ranges.
The installers that showed up were very polite and friendly. Spoke clear and understandable English, and even fixed some piping that another company did a poor job of when my house was being installed.
I would not hesitate to hire these guys again if I ever move houses, and have already recommended them to friends.

Hello Timmy! Thank you so much! Every home we visit is just a little bit different and therefore, requires a system that fits THAT particular home. Systems cannot be "cookie-cutter" otherwise a homeowner will be left with a system that they are not happy with - and that's not acceptable by our standards! The other big consideration is: what results does the homeowner want to see from their system? Do they want just an overall system that manages the whole home? or do they want to be able to manage it themselves from room to room? Those are just a few questions you would be asked. What the homeowner wants is such a huge part of what system is suggested to fit their style/home - and budget!
