xcellent Customer Service. Very knowledgable and professional. We've had on and off issues with mice for a few years, previously called an exterminator from another company who did little to answer my questions or put my mind at ease. Jarrod came in and answered all our questions and throughly inspected our home and identified various entry points, giving us advice on how to fix them. We also received a follow-up e-mail document with written instructions. For the first time I am hopeful that this pest problem will be resolved, or it'll be a heck of a lot harder for them to get in with all the tips we've received, that's for sure.
