Fantastic! All the reviews before mine were indicative of the level of service we received too. Beautiful product, perfectly installed. They even used ultra strong epoxy to glue my undermount sink (purchased seperately) instead of just trusting silicone like so many others. The seam was the most impressive and they even took the time to match the grain and color as best possible to the mating piece at right angles. Who takes the time to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied ... Granstone does! I'm definitely going back to them for my next house project.

A kitchen renovation can be a rather stressful experience. Granstone took the stress out of at least the counter process.
The staff were patient and knowledgeable in helping us to select our beautiful granite, and the installation was done quickly and professionally.
Granstone made a great effort to accommodate a very tight time constraint, and one-stop shopping for our Bristol sink and sleek new faucet just made things easier. And the price was right!

At last my kitchen countert ops are here. In retrospect I really should have gone with Granstone from the get go. I initially dealt with the largest granite fabricator in town, but after about 2 months of missed appointments and sub-par customer service, I decided to give Granstone a try as they are located very close to my house and seemed to have very positive reviews. The service and product quality I got from Granstone was terrific. Derek and Paige were absolutely great to deal with, thank you so much guys.

Granstone measured and cut the most beautiful quartzite I've ever seen for our bathroom vanity. They gave us an excellent price and installed it with perfection. We will recommend Grandstone to our friends and family.

After living in the same house for 15 years we decided it was time for a kitchen remake. We went into the project with a lot of concerns about how much time the project would take and how much hassle and stress it would generate. While I will not say that the project has been clear sailing (eating microwaved food in the living room for a couple of week is just no fun) it has not been as much of a stressor as I feared. The key is to pick good people to do the work for you - people who you can trust. Who come when they say they will. Who do a great job the first time. Who stand by their work. Who take the time to make sure that they understand your `vision` and offer great suggestions on how to make this vision a reality. The people we had do our granite counters - Sebastian and Solo from Granstone -- are just these kind of people. They did an amazing and very professional job. I would recommend their company to anyone who wants a hassle free, reliable job done by professionals who take pride in their work.

The process was effortless which for me was a bonus given that I do not enjoy shopping. I came in on a Saturday, Sebastien showed me a few options of slabs based on my kitchen colors, their selection was good so I didn’t have any problems finding one I liked. Selected a sink that same day and 8 days later Solo and the crew had my new countertops installed. Not sure could have been any easier or simpler.

I did not select Granstone as my fabricator initially, since the shop is a little far away from my home. After talking to Solo and Paige a few times, I decided to use Granstone to install my countertops since I feel they are very patient, responsive, and considerate.

I was so nervous about selecting the right contractor to replace our kitchen countertops and install a new mosaic backsplash. Not only was the the service Granstone provided excellent, the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. The Team was also able to accommodate our busy work schedule and even made an exception and installed the backsplash over a week-end so that we wouldn't miss work too much work. I would encourage anyone to at least get Granstone to provide a quote and discuss the work needed.
