I am extremely pleased with the service and workmanship provided by Granstone. I selected them because they were the only ones offering true turn-key service. Granstone removed of my old countertops and ceramic backsplash, installed new drywall, installed my new granite countertops and mosaic backsplash. They also coordinated with their plumber for the new sink and faucet. I was a bit nervous starting this project, but with the assistance of Solo, Paige and the rest of the team, my job was completed without an hitch and the end result is simply stunning. We discovered Granstone while investigating a few companies to renovate our kitchen. After meeting Paige with whom we discussed our renovation plans, we felt in the best of hands and decided to go with Granstone. Granstone offered a one-stop service, which we appreciated, and coordinated the work from the removal of our old kitchen counter, backsplash tiles, sink, etc. to installing our new granite counter, new sink and faucet, repairing the backsplash wall and installing new tiles. The installers were all very professional and did excellent work paying attention to detail to ensure our satisfaction with the work. We are so very happy for having discovered Granstone and we will not hesitate recommending this company to family and friends. It is a "10".

Granstone's price was comparable or better than the three other suppliers that quoted on the project but they carried far more selection and could cut and install the countertops faster. As requested, they produced both L-shaped counters without any seams. Installation was quick and installers were courteous, despite having to carry counters from the street on a cold January day because our car battery had died and was blocking the driveway.

Great choice of product, prompt, friendly service, more than fair pricing; here is a company that delivered what they promised. We are very happy with this company and highly recommend them.

Our experience with Granstone was exceptional! We recently had granite installed in our kitchen and bathroom and Granstone did not disappoint. We had looked around Ottawa and ultimately, the main reasons we decided to go with Granstone was the personalized and fantastic service we received from Sebastien, Solo and the staff. They were knowledgeable and helped us choose a granite that was perfect for our kitchen. We also took advantage of Granstone’s Bristol products and ordered kitchen and bathroom sinks as well as a Bristol faucet for the bathroom. The granite installation was very well done. I am not one to write reviews but felt it important to highlight this great company. Without any reservation, I would recommend Granstone. Thank you again for a fantastic job!

Fantastic! All the reviews before mine were indicative of the level of service we received too. Beautiful product, perfectly installed. They even used ultra strong epoxy to glue my undermount sink (purchased seperately) instead of just trusting silicone like so many others. The seam was the most impressive and they even took the time to match the grain and color as best possible to the mating piece at right angles. Who takes the time to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied ... Granstone does! I'm definitely going back to them for my next house project.

A kitchen renovation can be a rather stressful experience. Granstone took the stress out of at least the counter process.
The staff were patient and knowledgeable in helping us to select our beautiful granite, and the installation was done quickly and professionally.
Granstone made a great effort to accommodate a very tight time constraint, and one-stop shopping for our Bristol sink and sleek new faucet just made things easier. And the price was right!
