Our project was not large (replace counter & backsplash <$10K) and every other fabricator that we contacted didn’t even bother returning calls/emails or follow up beyond preliminary discussions. Granstone was responsive without being high pressure and very patient as we changed our mind on materials and design several times. Once the details were finalized they acted quickly and the project was completed in under 2 weeks. A big shout-out to Natalia for her professionalism, patience and management of the project, but also to Cody and Jimmy for their skills in working in an older home without one straight wall or cabinet and making the end product look spectacular!
